DCSBAY (dcsbay.com) is operated by Denys Choban, an individual trader based in Italy. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short on purpose — if something here is unclear, email info@dcsbay.com and we'll explain.

What we sell
Magnetic phone cases, made to order, for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel devices. We are an independent brand and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Samsung, or Google. Any device compatibility we mention (like MagSafe(R) or Qi2 compatibility) describes a technical feature of the case, not a partnership with the trademark owner.

Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and are converted from our base currency (EUR). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and fully refund an order placed at an incorrect price before it goes into production.

Production and shipping
Every case is made after you order it — see our Shipping Policy for production and delivery timeframes, and our Refund Policy for what happens if something arrives wrong.

Your account and information
If you create an account or check out as a guest, you're responsible for giving us accurate contact and shipping information. We're not responsible for orders that fail to arrive because of an address you entered incorrectly.

Custom designs and your content
If you send us artwork, text, or a design idea for a custom case, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you agree we can print and ship it based on that. See our Custom Design Terms for how the process works. We refuse any design involving copyrighted characters, brand logos, sports team crests, celebrity images, or song lyrics — no exceptions — and we're not responsible for a design you submit that turns out to infringe someone else's rights.

Intellectual property
The DCSBAY name, logo, and original designs on this site are ours. You're welcome to buy and use our products; you're not licensed to copy or resell our designs.

Acceptable use
Don't use this site to do anything illegal, to attempt to defraud us or other customers, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.

Liability
We're a small, one-person business. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond the price you paid for your order. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that can't be excluded by contract.
