Custom Design Terms

If you want a fully custom design — not one of our existing designs — here's how it works.

Mockup
Send us your idea and we'll put together a free mockup, no obligation to buy. It includes one mockup plus up to two rounds of revisions. Mockups are sent with a visible watermark until the design is approved and paid for, so it's protected while we're still working on it.

Quote
Your quote is valid for 7 days from when we send it. After that, prices or production availability may have changed, so we'll need to requote.

Payment
Once you approve the final design, we'll send you an invoice. Production starts after payment is received.

What we won't design
We don't accept requests involving copyrighted characters, brand logos, sports team crests, celebrity images or likenesses, or song lyrics — regardless of how the request is worded or who's asking. This isn't negotiable and we won't make exceptions, even for personal, non-commercial, or "just this once" use. If your idea includes any of these, we'll let you know and suggest an alternative that we can actually produce.
