Shipping policy

Every case is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — we only print your design once you buy it, which means production takes a little time before your order even ships.

Production time
2–4 business days, before your order leaves our print partner.

Shipping time (after production)
Italy: 2–6 business days
Rest of EU & UK: 4–9 business days
United States: 7–12 business days
Rest of world: 10–18 business days

So total time from order to delivery is production time plus shipping time above — for most EU orders that's roughly 1–2 weeks start to finish.

Shipping cost
Shipping is charged separately from the product price, at checkout, based on your delivery country. We don't inflate it — it's set to match what we actually pay to ship your order. There's no minimum order for free shipping; shipping is always a separate line item, on every order, every time.

Where we ship
Worldwide. Enter your address at checkout and if we can reach you, the rate will show automatically.

Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our print partner.

Customs & import duties
For orders outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These aren't included in your order total and aren't something we can predict or collect in advance — they're billed by your local customs authority if they apply.
