This policy explains what personal information DCSBAY collects, why, and what your rights are. We're a small, one-person business — we collect the minimum we need to take and fulfil your order, and nothing more than that.
Who's responsible for your data

What we collect
Contact and shipping details you give us at checkout: name, address, email, phone number.
Order details: what you bought, when, and payment confirmation (we don't see or store your full card number — that's handled directly by our payment processor).
If you submit a custom design request: the artwork, text, or images you send us.
Basic technical data when you browse our site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, collected automatically via cookies and similar tools.
Why we collect it
To process, produce, and ship your order.
To contact you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates, support).
To respond to custom design requests.
To run basic analytics on how our site is used, and — if you've interacted with our ads — to measure and improve them.
To meet our own legal obligations (for example, keeping records for tax purposes).
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed, with:
Shopify, who hosts our store and processes orders on our behalf.
Our payment processor, to handle your payment securely.
Our print-on-demand production partner, to print and ship your order — this means your name and shipping address are sent to them.
Analytics and advertising tools we use (such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest), if you've interacted with our site or ads, subject to your cookie choices.
We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
Where your data is processed
Some of the services above may process data outside the EU/EEA (for example, in the US). Where that happens, it's done under those providers' own GDPR-compliant safeguards (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required by Italian tax and accounting law. Custom design files are kept only as long as needed to complete your order, unless you ask us to keep them for future reorders.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and — with your consent — for analytics and advertising. You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time through the cookie banner on our site or your browser settings.
Your rights
If you're in the EU (or covered by GDPR), you have the right to:
Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it (e.g., for tax records).
Object to or restrict certain processing, including for marketing.
Ask for your data in a portable format.
Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if you think we've mishandled your data.
